A few useful details.

How many assessment buildings are included?

The individual assessor subscription covers unlimited assessment-only buildings and reports for one named professional. It does not activate ongoing building management at every client site.

What happens when the client takes over?

The building operator can pay £495 per year for its ongoing programme. Alternatively, a water hygiene company can fund it under its company plan. The assessment and building record remain connected.

What if my company already pays?

Use the professional seat assigned by your company. You do not need a second personal subscription for the same work.

Already part of a team?

Your invitation gets you in.

Staff and client users join the buildings they have been invited to. Professional staff use a company seat. You do not need to buy a separate subscription just to accept an invitation.
