What this film shows
The building map organises equipment by floor and room. Open a room, choose an outlet and inspect its record. The connected schematic shows the recorded water supplies. This film uses fictional demonstration records.
Your subscription
Building management
Your organisation pays for each active building. The people you invite can do their assigned work without buying individual subscriptions.
A few useful details.
What if I manage several buildings?
Use one account for your portfolio. Each active building costs £495 a year, and access can be assigned separately at each building.
Does this include professional assessment tools?
Building management includes the map, work, records and access to your building’s assessment. Authoring formal assessments requires an assessor subscription or a professional seat in a water hygiene company.
Can my assessor or hygiene company work here?
Yes. Invite them to the building and assign the appropriate responsibilities. A building already funded by you is not also charged as a company-funded client site.
Already part of a team?
Your invitation gets you in.
Staff and client users join the buildings they have been invited to. Professional staff use a company seat. You do not need to buy a separate subscription just to accept an invitation.
